Home again, home again, jiggety-jig.

Well, we're back home. About 4300 miles on the car, over 800 photos, too much money spent, but what memories! We drove back through Canada from Rochester, NY, to Sarnia/Port Huron. Along the way we stopped for our customary road lunch of peanut butter and honey sandwiches at Gage Park in Hamilton. It had a nice little water feature, so we let Landon go have a little fun. While I sat watching him, a guy named Joe struck up a conversation with Mike. Nice guy. Another happy memory from a country that generally does a great job making you feel like home. Speaking of home, we arrived to find our porches, some interior trim, and our downstairs bathroom all repainted and gleaming. Hooray! Back to the grind tomorrow. . . .
