Halfway through 2021 and celebrating American Independence Day with the cousins.
On Tuesday, Hallie and Eliza went for some ice cream with Jessie and her kids.
On Wednesday, Hallie took Lily to the movies. They had very few other patrons for company.
Eliza had an Activity Days camp.
The parents have experimented with letting the little ones have a bit of supervised time with the parents' old phones. Eliza likes taking selfies and nature shots.
Hallie likes the camera on her new phone.
Eliza and Lily got matching outfits.
Mike brought a bit of the tree in his old office into his new one.
On Saturday we participated in Provo Freedom Festival activities with the cousins. This included face painting, fried food, motorcycles, music, and fireworks at the Stadium of Fire.
We had dinner over at Grandma and Grandpa's for July 4th, and the kids found a snake. Eliza went right after moving it from the yard over to a neighboring field.
We got a bit of some much-needed rain.
Look at these patriotic beauties!
