Valentine's Day Surprise

Landon and Mike missed Hallie and Eliza. Landon woke up Sunday morning saying, “Mommy! Mommy! Mommy!” So Mike took a long, hard look at his schedule and the money situation and opted to surprise Hallie by flying the boys out to Utah to be with the girls while we wait for the Interstate Compact to be approved so Eliza can travel back to Michigan. The four of us will come back next Sunday. In the mean time, it’s back to the grind of baby crying in the night and back to the delight of seeing our newborn's wee fingers and toes and watching Landon take on his new role as big brother. We’re grateful to be back together as a family and enjoying our new edition!
