Hard to say whether March came in like a lamb or a lion. We'll say a lamb for the beautiful weather and the hope that we get more snow (in the mountains) before winter's end.
Dutch Bros. gave Lily quite the buzz (kidding).
Eliza decided Mike's iPod's photo booth feature was the greatest this week.
We had Read Across America in Eliza's fourth grade class. This included a crazy hair day. Eliza took full advantage.
This included involving Dad in the festivities. He's a good sport.
We love to catch Fergus napping. The office is the brightest room in the house, and he loves his sun.
Dad and Eliza played some word games like Scrabble and Wordtini. It prompted an impromptu lesson on the differences between "they're," "their," and "there."
For art, we cut snowflakes. Eliza makes very lacy ones.
On Thursday, we had a rainbow on Y Mountain. We are grateful for reminders of the love our Heavenly Father has for all His children.
More pinched faces, just because.
It was fun for the kids to Zoom with Caleb and get set up so they could play Minecraft together. We got most of the kinks worked out, and hopefully next Saturday will be a fun day for all involved. Sunday otherwise meant a quiet day at home while some of us convalesced with sore throats. For Eliza, it meant building a LEGO toy store Mom had bought last week.
We all had lots of appointments this week which included therapy for mom, eye doctor appointments for the kids, a doctor appointment for Eliza, and a follow up knee appointment for Landon. Plus, three of the four of us got haircuts. Eliza returned to horseback riding after having to take just more than a month of due to gymnastics and she did amazing! The kids had pizza from a food truck on Friday after gym and horseback riding while Dad taught class.
